Exhibitors Welcome
Attendees We expect about 200 attendees
for the symposium. About three quarters of the attendees will be from
the Chicago area. The Chicagoland area has four major oil refineries
with a total feed of about one million barrels of oil per day. We anticipate
representatives from these refineries as well as attendees from the
local chemical and process industries.
Opening Times The official scheduled
times for exhibitors are: 11:45am-1:45pm on October 9, and 12:00-1:30pm
and 4:00-5:30pm on October 10. There is a buffet lunch on the first
day and we expect attendees to visit the exhibitors as part of this
two-hour lunch break. However, attendees will be informed the exhibits
will be available for browsing all day.
Location The exhibits will be located
in the "Galley", close to the meeting rooms for the symposium, on the
east side of Hermann Union Building . See the map under "Location" tab
on the symposium web site for the location of Herman Union Building
on campus.
Booth Setup and Manning Exhibitors may
set up on the first morning after 7:00am. Display tables are standard
8 feet wide although more space between tables may be available. Exhibitors
may bring their own displays. See shipping information below. Booths
can be left unattended, but do not leave personal items unattended.
Also booths may be left setup overnight as the building is locked at
night.
