Who We Are:
AIChE's Young Professionals Advisory Board (YPAB) was created to gain and maintain young professionals’ involvement in AIChE and to ensure that students retain their membership through their transition into the work force. To accomplish this, the AIChE National Board assists the integration of chemical engineers within 5-10 years of receiving their undergraduate degree into the profession and into AIChE, and helps define programs and services tailored for young chemical engineers.

What We Do:
Our goal is to form a network of chemical engineers in the Chicagoland area that includes both technical and social activities.

Chicago YPAB plans on maintaining  a high level of activity between both new graduates of and young professionals in industries relating to chemical engineering for less than ten years.
